For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of guiding clients through the purchase and sale of properties in Montreal. Over the years, I have been involved in a very high volume of transactions, each with its own context: fast-moving markets, sensitive negotiations, complex sales, emotional decisions, unexpected challenges, moments of tension… and many beautiful stories.

This experience has taught me one essential thing: in real estate, expertise matters tremendously, but the way people are guided matters just as much. My role is to be present, clear-minded and fully committed. To truly listen. To advise with honesty. To protect my clients’ interests. To stay steady when things become more complex. And to build a solid, thoughtful strategy that is adapted to each property, each market and each person.

I believe a property deserves more than a listing. It deserves a presence. A clear read of the market. Thoughtful positioning. Calm, yet firm negotiation. Attention to detail. And a human, rigorous and consistent level of guidance from beginning to end.

I am a Certified Real Estate Broker AEO with Engel & Völkers and a member of the Private Office network, an international distinction reserved for a select group of advisors. I have also had the honour of being named to the Top 25 Americas in 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as the Chairman’s Circle for those same years. These recognitions mean a great deal to me. But what defines me most is the relationship of trust I build with my clients, the quality of the guidance I provide, and the commitment I bring to every file.

On a more personal note, I am the mother of two boys, a wife, and someone who loves homes with soul, good food, travel and meaningful encounters. I also have the privilege of working alongside my husband and business partner, Yannick, as well as my sister, Pascale. This family dimension is part of my balance and my way of working: with trust, loyalty, honesty and a deep care for people.

And somewhere between showings, negotiations, follow-ups and phone calls, there is Luna, our beautiful Labrador, who always brings me back to what matters most.

Real estate is a profession of precision. It is also a profession of judgment, sensitivity and presence. And it is in that balance that I have found my way of doing things. Well beyond the transaction.
